On the deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of securities previously issued by FERARU-S Joint Stock Company
The National Financial Market Commission orders the removal from the Register of Securities Issuers of 20,000 ordinary shares (ID MD14FERU1001) previously issued by FERARU-S Joint Stock Company due to its reorganization into a limited liability company. This decision follows an application submitted by FERARU-S Limited Liability Company on July 29, 2026. The order takes effect upon adoption and is published in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website.
REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., Chisinau, MD 2012, tel: (373 22) 859 401, www.cnpf.md, e-mail: office@cnpf.md DECISION August 18, 2026 No. 41/4 On the deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of securities previously issued by FERARU-S Joint Stock Company Following the examination of the application of FERARU-S Limited Liability Company (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under no. 6502 on 29.07.2026) regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers, as well as the accompanying documents, under the authority of Law no. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, art. 8 lit. m), art. 18 para. (3), art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instructions on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision no. 13/10/2018), item 16, item 19 and item 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision no. 57/11/2022), The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The securities previously issued by FERARU-S Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1003600166948), totaling 20,000 ordinary shares, with identification number MD14FERU1001, are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers as a result of reorganization through transformation into FERARU-S Limited Liability Company.
- This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd.), within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient according to legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnpf.md). Dumitru BUDIANSCHI, PRESIDENT
