On the Deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Previously Issued by Certain Joint-Stock Companies
The National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF) issued Decision No. 18/7 on 9 April 2024 to consolidate and jointly process the deletion requests of three limited liability companies—SFINX-IMPEX, ROMARTA, and BARTOL CONSULTING—from the Register of Securities Issuers. The ruling formally erases 100, 800, and 106,900 ordinary registered shares previously issued by these entities following their legal transformation into limited liability companies. Effective immediately upon adoption, the decision is published in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website while granting a 30-day window for prior administrative appeals.

On the Deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Previously Issued by Certain Joint-Stock Companies
Within the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF), applications were registered by Limited Liability Company "SFINX-IMPEX" (21.03.2024), Limited Liability Company "ROMARTA" (21.03.2024), and Limited Liability Company "BARTOL CONSULTING" (29.03.2024) regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers.
Based on the substantive-legal reports of the applicants, it is established that the implicit administrative procedures are based on the same factual situation, the same legal basis, the same purpose, and are interconnected, which requires, pursuant to Article 44(4) and Article 80(1) of the Administrative Code, their connection and examination within a single administrative procedure.
Following the examination of the pre-registered applications regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers, under Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint-Stock Companies, Article 8 clause m), Article 20(1) and Article 22(3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, methods and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), items 16–19 and item 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Operation of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

The administrative procedures initiated by the application of Limited Liability Company "SFINX-IMPEX", by the application of Limited Liability Company "ROMARTA" and by the application of Limited Liability Company "BARTOL CONSULTING" are connected.

The securities previously issued by the following companies are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers as a result of reorganization through transformation into limited liability companies:
- Joint-Stock Company "SFINX-IMPEX" (IDNO 1003602001535), amounting to 100 ordinary registered shares with identification number MD14SPEX1005;
- Joint-Stock Company "ROMARTA" (IDNO 1003600056139), amounting to 800 ordinary registered shares with identification number MD14RMRT1000;
- Joint-Stock Company "BARTOL CONSULTING" (IDNO 1004600007600), amounting to 106,900 ordinary registered shares with identification number MD14BACO1004.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to recipients in accordance with legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnpp.md).
