On the Deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Previously Issued by Certain Joint Stock Companies
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 54/7 on November 25, 2024, to delete the securities of twelve joint stock companies from the official register. This administrative action follows the reorganization of these entities through transformation into limited liability companies, as confirmed by the Public Services Agency. On the deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of securities previously issued by certain joint stock companies
Taking into account the information from the Public Services Agency (13.03.2024) regarding joint stock companies reorganized by transformation into limited liability companies,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, Article 8 letter m) and Article 20 paragraph (1) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (Decision of the NFMC No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (Decision of the NFMC No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The securities previously issued by the joint stock companies listed in the annex to this Decision are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers, due to the reorganization of these companies by transformation into limited liability companies.
- This Decision may be appealed by filing a preliminary request to the NFMC (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NFMC (www.cnpp.md).
