On the Deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Previously Issued by Certain Joint-Stock Companies
The National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF) issued Decision No. 38/3 on 13 August 2024 to formally strike the securities of fifteen listed joint-stock companies from the Register of Securities Issuers. This deletion is triggered by the prior removal of these entities from the State Register of Legal Entities, as verified by the Public Services Agency. The decision takes immediate effect, requires publication in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website, and grants a 30-day period for filing appeals.

On the Deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Previously Issued by Certain Joint-Stock Companies
Having regard to the information from the Public Services Agency (22.07.2024) regarding joint-stock companies deleted from the State Register of Legal Entities, pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint-Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and Art. 20 para. (1) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, the Instruction regarding the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:
- Securities previously issued by the joint-stock companies listed in the annex to this Decision are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers, following their deletion from the State Register of Legal Entities.
- This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
