On the Deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Previously Issued by CITRO-IMPEX Joint Stock Company
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 3/6 on January 20, 2026, to delete the securities of CITRO-IMPEX Joint Stock Company from the Register of Securities Issuers following the company's liquidation. REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., Chisinau, MD 2012, tel: (373 22) 859 401, www.cnpf.md, e-mail: office@cnpf.md DECISION January 20, 2026 No. 3/6 On the Deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Previously Issued by CITRO-IMPEX Joint Stock Company Following the examination of the application submitted by the liquidator of CITRO-IMPEX Joint Stock Company (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 10421 on December 31, 2025) regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers, as well as the accompanying documents, pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letter m), Article 18 paragraph (3), Article 20 paragraphs (1) and (6), and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method, and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19, and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022), the National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- As a result of liquidation, the securities previously issued by CITRO-IMPEX Joint Stock Company (Unique Registration Code 1003600042303), consisting of 20,000 ordinary nominative shares with the identification number ISIN MD14CITX1005, are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers.
- This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd.) within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md). Dumitru BUDIANSCHI, PRESIDENT
