On the Deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of Bonds Issued by Banca Comerciala MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK SA
The National Financial Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 30/2 on June 23, 2026, to formally delete Class I bonds from the securities issuers register following their maturity. This administrative action responds to a request by Banca Comerciala MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK SA to remove 2,927 bonds with a nominal value of 20,000 MDL each from official records. On the deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of the bonds from Issue I, Class I, within the framework of the Offering Program (I), previously issued by "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA Commercial Bank
Following the examination of the application submitted by "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA Commercial Bank, in its capacity as the issuer of the primary public offering of bonds, No. C140A08/E00326 dated June 11, 2026, regarding the deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of the bonds from Issue I, Class I, within the framework of the Offering Program (I), as well as the associated documents (registered with the National Financial Commission (CNPF) under No. 4845 on June 15, 2026),
Based on the provisions of Law No. 171/2012 on the capital market, Article 8 letter m), Article 18 paragraph (3), Article 20 paragraphs (1) and (6), Article 22 paragraph (3), and Article 25 paragraph (2) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, the Instruction regarding the stages, deadlines, methods, and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), and points 16, 19, and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Commission DECIDES:

The bonds from Issue I, Class I, within the framework of the Offering Program (I), previously issued by "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA Commercial Bank (Unique Registration Code 1002600003778), totaling 2,927 securities, with a nominal value of 20,000 MDL and identification number MD1004000011, are deleted from the Securities Issuers Register as a result of their maturity.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd.) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
