On the Deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of Securities Previously Issued by Certain Joint-Stock Companies
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 7/7 on February 10, 2026, to remove from the Securities Issuers Register the securities previously issued by specific joint-stock companies. This deletion is a direct consequence of the reorganization of these entities through transformation into limited liability companies, based on information from the Public Services Agency. The decision enters into force on the date of adoption and is published in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's website.

On the deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of securities previously issued by certain joint-stock companies
Having regard to the information from the Public Services Agency (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 539 on 24.01.2025 and, respectively, under No. 299 on 20.01.2026) regarding joint-stock companies from the State Register of Legal Entities, reorganized through transformation into limited liability companies,
pursuant to Article 8 letter m), Article 18 paragraph (3), Article 20 paragraphs (1) and (6), and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint-Stock Companies, Articles 1 and 3 of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, Points 16, 19, and 21 of the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method, and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), and Point 16 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
the National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities previously issued by the joint-stock companies listed in the Annex to this Decision are deleted from the Securities Issuers Register, following the reorganization through transformation of these companies into limited liability companies.

This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary request with the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd.) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
