On the Deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of Securities Previously Issued by JSC "FARMACIA DIN ONISCANI"
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued a decision on January 27, 2026, to delete the securities of JSC "FARMACIA DIN ONISCANI" from the Securities Issuers Register following the company's liquidation. Following the examination of the application submitted by the liquidator of the Joint Stock Company "FARMACIA DIN ONISCANI" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 240 on January 16, 2026) regarding the deletion of securities from the Securities Issuers Register, as well as the accompanying documents, on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letter m), Article 18 paragraph (3), Article 20 paragraphs (1) and (6), and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method, and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19, and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

As a result of the liquidation, the securities previously issued by the Joint Stock Company "FARMACIA DIN ONISCANI" (IDNO 1003609150661), consisting of 35,000 ordinary nominative shares with the identification number ISIN MD14ONIS1004, are deleted from the Securities Issuers Register.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd.) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
