On the Deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of Securities Previously Issued by MARKGRAF INOVAȚII ÎN CONSTRUCȚII Joint Stock Company
Following the examination of the request submitted by the liquidator of MARKGRAF INOVAȚII ÎN CONSTRUCȚII Joint Stock Company (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) on 20.12.2024) regarding the deletion of securities from the Securities Issuers Register,
pursuant to Article 8 letter m), Article 20 paragraph (1) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Articles 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities previously issued by MARKGRAF INOVAȚII ÎN CONSTRUCȚII Joint Stock Company (Unique Registration Code 1016600016573), consisting of 1,000 ordinary named shares with identification number MD14MRKG1002, are deleted from the Securities Issuers Register as a result of liquidation.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Boulevard, No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the addressee in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
