On the Deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of Securities Previously Issued by JSC VIERUL-INCOM
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova has issued a ruling to delete the securities of JSC VIERUL-INCOM from the Securities Issuers Register following the company's liquidation. This decision is based on the liquidator's application submitted on October 22, 2025, and results in the removal of 128,942 ordinary named shares. REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., Chisinau, MD 2012, tel: (373 22) 859 401, www.cnpf.md, e-mail: office@cnpf.md DECISION 11 November 2025 No. 54/8 On the Deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of Securities Previously Issued by the JOINT STOCK COMPANY "VIERUL-INCOM" Following the examination of the application submitted by the liquidator of the JOINT STOCK COMPANY "VIERUL-INCOM" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 7683 on 22.10.2025) regarding the deletion of securities from the Securities Issuers Register, as well as the accompanying documents, pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letter m), Article 18 paragraph (3), Article 20 paragraph (1) and paragraph (6), and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022), the National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The securities previously issued by the JOINT STOCK COMPANY "VIERUL-INCOM" (IDNO 1003600090854), consisting of 128,942 ordinary named shares with identification number MD14VIER1007, are deleted from the Securities Issuers Register as a result of liquidation.
- This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd.) within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md). Dumitru BUDIANSCHI, PRESIDENT
