On the deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of securities previously issued by the Joint Stock Company "Intreprinderea pentru colectarea cerealelor din REDIUL-MARE"
Following the examination of the application submitted by the Limited Liability Company "Intreprinderea pentru colectarea cerealelor din REDIUL-MARE" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) on May 30, 2025) regarding the deletion of securities from the Securities Issuers Register,
based on Article 8 letter m), Article 20 paragraph (1), and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Articles 16, 19, and 21 of the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method, and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), and points 16, 19, and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The securities previously issued by the Joint Stock Company "Intreprinderea pentru colectarea cerealelor din REDIUL-MARE" (IDNO 1003604006833), consisting of 1,304,549 ordinary nominative shares with identification number MD14REDI1009, are deleted from the Securities Issuers Register as a result of reorganization through transformation into a limited liability company.
- This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
