On the Deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of Securities Previously Issued by CLARITATE Joint Stock Company
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued this decision to formally delete the securities of CLARITATE Joint Stock Company from the Securities Issuers Register following the company's liquidation. On the Deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of Securities Previously Issued by CLARITATE Joint Stock Company
Following the examination of the application submitted by the liquidator of CLARITATE Joint Stock Company (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNFMC) on 03.10.2024) regarding the deletion of securities from the Securities Issuers Register,
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letter m), Article 20 paragraph (1) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNFMC Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNFMC Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities previously issued by CLARITATE Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1003602002587), consisting of 175,907 ordinary nominative shares with identification number MD14CLAR1009, are deleted from the Securities Issuers Register as a result of liquidation.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNFMC (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNFMC (www.cnppf.md).
