REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA NATIONAL FINANCIAL COMMISSION 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., Chisinau, MD 2012, tel: (373 22) 859 401, www.cnpf.md, e-mail: office@cnpf.md DECISION January 27, 2026 No. 4/5 On the Deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of Securities Previously Issued by PLAI BASARABEAN Joint Stock Company Following the examination of the application submitted by the liquidator of PLAI BASARABEAN Joint Stock Company (registered with the National Financial Commission (CNPF) under No. 30 on January 2, 2026) regarding the deletion of securities from the Securities Issuers Register, as well as the accompanying documents, pursuant to Article 8 letter m), Article 18 paragraph (3), Article 20 paragraphs (1) and (6), and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Articles 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 18 paragraph (3), Article 20 paragraphs (1) and (6) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022), The National Financial Commission DECIDES:
- The securities previously issued by PLAI BASARABEAN Joint Stock Company (Unique Registration Code 1003600093752), consisting of 83,083 ordinary nominative shares with identification number MD14BASI1004, are deleted from the Securities Issuers Register as a result of liquidation.
- This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md). Dumitru BUDIANSCHI, PRESIDENT
