On the Deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of Securities Previously Issued by the Joint Stock Company "BIROUL DE CĂLĂTORII DIN CHIȘINĂU"
Following the examination of the application of the Limited Liability Company "BIROUL DE CĂLĂTORII DIN CHIȘINĂU" (registered with the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNFM) under No. 4617 on 12.06.2025) regarding the deletion of securities from the Securities Issuers Register,
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNFM Decision No. 13/10/2018), items 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNFM Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:
- The securities previously issued by the Joint Stock Company "BIROUL DE CĂLĂTORII DIN CHIȘINĂU" (IDNO 1002600030493), consisting of 4,200 ordinary nominative shares with identification number MD14BIRC1003, are deleted from the Securities Issuers Register as a result of reorganization through transformation into a limited liability company.
- This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary application to the CNFM (MD-2012, Chișinău, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNFM (www.cnpf.md).
