On the Deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of Securities Previously Issued by AQUA TELECOM Joint Stock Company
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 60/4 to formally delete the securities of AQUA TELECOM Joint Stock Company from the Securities Issuers Register following the company's liquidation. Following the examination of the request submitted by the liquidator of AQUA TELECOM Joint Stock Company (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 8335 on November 17, 2025) regarding the deletion of securities from the Securities Issuers Register, as well as the accompanying documents, presented in full volume on December 10, 2025 (registered with CNPF under No. 9982),
Based on Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letter m), Article 18 paragraph (3), Article 20 paragraph (1) and paragraph (6), and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method, and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19, and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

As a result of the liquidation, the securities previously issued by AQUA TELECOM Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1013600036655), consisting of 20,000 registered ordinary shares with identification number MD14AQLE1008, are deleted from the Securities Issuers Register.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd.), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
