On the Deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of Securities Previously Issued by ONARIS Joint Stock Company

Following the examination of the application submitted by the liquidator of ONARIS Joint Stock Company (registered with the National Financial Commission (NFC) on September 9, 2024) regarding the deletion of securities from the Securities Issuers Register,

pursuant to Article 8 letter m) of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Articles 20(1) and 22(3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, Paragraphs 16, 19, and 21 of the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method, and procedures for the registration of securities (NFC Decision No. 13/10/2018), and Paragraph 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Commission (NFC Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities previously issued by ONARIS Joint Stock Company (Unique Registration Code 1003600010546), consisting of 13,000 registered ordinary shares with identification number MD14ONAR1003, are deleted from the Securities Issuers Register as a result of liquidation.
2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary application to the NFC (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, and on the official website of the NFC (www.cnppf.md).
