On the Deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of Securities Previously Issued by CRISTAL-JSC
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 26/1 on May 27, 2025, ordering the deletion of 20,000 ordinary shares from the Securities Issuers Register. This administrative action results from the reorganization of CRISTAL-JSC (IDNO 1003600017420) into a limited liability company following a formal application submitted on May 16, 2025. The decision takes effect immediately upon adoption and is subject to appeal within 30 days through a preliminary request to the Commission.

On the deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of securities previously issued by the Joint Stock Company “CRISTAL-JSC”
Following the examination of the application submitted by the Limited Liability Company “CRISTAL-JSC” (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNFMC) under No. 3672 on May 16, 2025) regarding the deletion of securities from the Securities Issuers Register,
based on the Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letter m), Article 20 paragraph (1), and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method, and procedures for the registration of securities (CNFMC Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19, and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNFMC Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The securities previously issued by the Joint Stock Company “CRISTAL-JSC” (IDNO 1003600017420), consisting of 20,000 ordinary registered shares with identification number MD14RIST1005, are deleted from the Securities Issuers Register as a result of reorganization through transformation into a limited liability company.
- This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNFMC (MD-2012, Chișinău, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, and on the official website of the CNFMC (www.cnpf.md).
