On the Deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of Securities Previously Issued by the Joint Stock Company "RENET"

Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "RENET" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 5059 on June 27, 2025) regarding the deletion of securities from the Securities Issuers Register,

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 lit. m), Article 20 para. (1) and Article 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities previously issued by the Joint Stock Company "RENET" (IDNO 1003600039345), consisting of 297,200 ordinary registered shares with identification number MD14RENE1001, are deleted from the Securities Issuers Register as a result of reorganization through transformation into a limited liability company.
2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
