The National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) of Moldova issued Decision No. 42/6 on September 2, 2025, to consolidate and process the deregistration requests of ACCENT-INVESTMENT and MDV-CONSTRUCT joint stock companies. On the deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of securities previously issued by ACCENT-INVESTMENT Joint Stock Company and MDV-CONSTRUCT Joint Stock Company
Within the framework of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF), the application of ACCENT-INVESTMENT Limited Liability Company (No. 6237 dated 20.08.2025) and the application of MDV-CONSTRUCT Limited Liability Company (No. 6313 dated 25.08.2025) regarding the deletion of securities from the Securities Issuers Register were registered.
Based on the material-legal report of the applicants, it is established that the implicit administrative procedures are based on the same factual situation, the same legal basis, the same purpose, and are connected, which requires, pursuant to Article 44 paragraph (4) and Article 80 paragraph (1) of the Administrative Code, the connection and examination in a single administrative procedure.
Following the examination of the pre-registered applications regarding the deletion of securities from the Securities Issuers Register, under the Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letter m), Article 20 paragraph (1), Article 22 paragraph (3) and Article 25 paragraph (2) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
