The main sources of funding the Academy are established as equal shares from the Republic Budget and the funds of the Association of Banks of Uzbekistan. The Academy, institutions, enterprises, and funds established by it shall be exempt from all types of taxes for the first three years from the date of their formation. Before the start of the academic year, retraining and advanced training courses for specialists of the republic's banking system shall be organized, depending on the Academy's staffing. The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity shall assist the Bank-Finance Academy in organizing the educational process, scientific and applied research, as well as strengthening its material and financial base. To this end, the involvement of advisors, experts, and specialists from international financial institutions and leading commercial banks of the world shall be ensured.
