Taking into account the results of the voluntary takeover offer for shares issued by „SUCEAVA” Joint Stock Company and following the examination of materials submitted by the offeror Veaceslav Cornea,
pursuant to Article 20(1) and Article 22(3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, Article 30(3) of Law No. 171/2012 on the capital market, points 120, 122 and 122³ of the Regulation on Public Purchase Offers (CNPF Decision No. 33/1/2015), points 16 and 19 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
