On the Registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities for Joint Stock Company "CONSERV-AGRO"
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 44/6 on October 1, 2024, to register the restructuring of previous securities and the increase of social capital for Joint Stock Company "CONSERV-AGRO". The decision mandates the increase of the nominal value of ordinary shares from 10 to 15 lei and a capital increase of 223,100 lei from equity, resulting in a total social capital of 669,300 lei divided into 44,620 shares. This ruling became effective upon adoption and was published in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's website.

On the Registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities for Joint Stock Company "CONSERV-AGRO"
Following the examination of the application of Joint Stock Company "CONSERV-AGRO" (29.08.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of the restructuring of the previous issue of securities and the increase of social capital, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 13.09.2024,
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (Decision of the NFMC No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (Decision of the NFMC No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The restructuring of the previous issue of securities placed by Joint Stock Company "CONSERV-AGRO" (IDNO 1004600026111, MD-3701, Strășeni city, Miron Costin str. 8) is registered in the Register of Issuers of Securities, by increasing the nominal value of one ordinary registered share from 10 lei to 15 lei, and increasing the social capital by 223,100 lei, from the company's equity. The social capital of the company, after restructuring and increase, will amount to 669,300 lei, divided into 44,620 ordinary registered shares, with a nominal value of one share of 15 lei and identification number MD14CSAG1005.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the NFMC (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NFMC (www.cnpf.md).
