On the Registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities for „ROMIR PRODUCTION” S.A.

Following the examination of the application submitted by „ROMIR PRODUCTION” S.A. (07.06.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of the restructuring of prior securities issuances and the increase of social capital, as well as the related documents submitted in full volume on 03.07.2024,
under the provisions of Law no. 1134/1997 on joint-stock companies, art. 8 lit. m) and o), art. 20 para. (1) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Commission for Financial Market, Instructions regarding the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for securities registration (CNPF Decision no. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission for Financial Market (CNPF Decision no. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission for Financial Market DECIDES:

The restructuring of prior securities issuances placed by „ROMIR PRODUCTION” S.A. (IDNO 100360061308, MD-2032, Chisinau city, Sarmasegetu str. 9) is registered in the Register of Issuers of Securities, by increasing the nominal value of one ordinary named share from 1 leu to 6 lei, and increasing the social capital by 500,000 lei from own capital. The company's social capital after restructuring and increase will amount to 600,000 lei, divided into 100,000 ordinary named shares with a nominal value of 6 lei per share and identification number MD14ROMU1000.

This Decision may be appealed by filing a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd. no. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
