On the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of securities placed at the establishment of the Joint Stock Company "ADMINISTRATIA NATIONALA A DRUMURILOR"

Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "ADMINISTRATIA NATIONALA A DRUMURILOR" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 5249 on July 07, 2025) regarding the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of securities placed at the establishment of the company, as a result of the reorganization by transformation of the State Enterprise "ADMINISTRATIA DE STAT A DRUMURILOR", as well as the documents related to it, presented in full volume on July 17, 2025,

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint-stock companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the CNPF (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities placed at the establishment of the Joint Stock Company "ADMINISTRATIA NATIONALA A DRUMURILOR" (IDNO 1003600023559, MD-2004, Chisinau city, Bucuriei str. 12/a) are registered in the Register of Issuers of Securities in the amount of 20,342,100 lei, in the number of 203,421 ordinary registered shares, with a nominal value of one share of 100 lei and with the identification number MD1001000147, from the account of non-monetary contributions.
2. This Decision may be contested by submitting a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
