Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "S ASSETS BG" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 726 on 06.02.2026) regarding the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of securities placed upon the establishment of the company, as well as the accompanying documents, presented in full volume on 10.02.2026 (registered with CNPF under No. 830),
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), item 16, item 19 and item 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of CNPF (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities placed upon the establishment of the Joint Stock Company "S ASSETS BG" (IDNO 1026600002209, MD-2071, Chisinau, Liviu Deleanu St. 3/2, apt. 34), in the amount of 600,000 MDL, in the number of 600 nominal ordinary shares, with a nominal value of one share of 1,000 MDL and with the identification number MD1001000188, are registered in the Register of Issuers of Securities, from the account of monetary funds.

This Decision may be contested by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
