On the Registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of the Joint Stock Company STIFT
The National Financial Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 57/5 on December 10, 2024, to register the additional share issuance results of the Joint Stock Company STIFT in the Register of Issuers of Securities. The decision mandates the registration of 580,000 nominal ordinary shares with a total value of 580,000 lei, resulting in an increased social capital of 600,000 lei for the company. in the Register of Issuers of Securities, concerning the Joint Stock Company "STIFT"
Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "STIFT" (27.11.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 29.11.2024,
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, the Instruction regarding the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (Decision of the NFC No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Commission (Decision of the NFC No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Commission DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Issuers of Securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company "STIFT" (IDNO 1002600042823, MD-2009, Chisinau city, Vasile Cheltuiala str. 1), in the amount of 580,000 lei, in the number of 580,000 nominal ordinary shares, from the account of creditor debts. The social capital of the company, after the increase, will constitute 600,000 lei, divided into 600,000 nominal ordinary shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 1 lei and with the identification number MD14STIF1009.

This Decision may be contested by submitting a preliminary application to the NFC (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NFC (www.cnpf.md).
