On the Registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of the Joint Stock Company "CARINA"
The National Financial Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 9/8 on February 17, 2025, to register additional share emissions for the Joint Stock Company "CARINA" in the Register of Issuers of Securities. The decision records the issuance of 59,900 ordinary nominative shares valued at 599,000 MDL, increasing the company's social capital to 600,000 MDL divided into 60,000 shares. This administrative act formalizes the capital increase based on the company's application submitted in January and February 2025.

Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "CARINA" (27.01.2025) regarding the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the documents related to it, presented in full volume on 06.02.2025,
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (Decision of the CNPF No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (Decision of the CNPF No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Issuers of Securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company "CARINA" (IDNO 1003611001388, MD-3801, UTA Gagauzia, Comrat city, Lenin str. 176/2), in the amount of 599,000 MDL, in the number of 59,900 ordinary nominative shares, from the account of monetary funds. The social capital of the company, after the increase, will constitute 600,000 MDL, divided into 60,000 ordinary nominative shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 10 MDL and with the identification number MD14IRAC1004.

This Decision may be contested by submitting a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
