On the Registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of the Joint Stock Company MICUL PRINT
The National Financial Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 31/4 on June 24, 2025, to register the restructuring of prior securities issuance and the increase of share capital for the Joint Stock Company MICUL PRINT. The decision mandates the doubling of the nominal value of ordinary shares from 8 to 16 lei and a capital increase of 329,136 lei from equity, resulting in a total share capital of 658,272 lei divided into 41,142 shares. This regulatory act becomes effective upon adoption and is subject to appeal within 30 days of notification.

On the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities, pertaining to the Joint Stock Company "MICUL PRINT" No. 31/4
Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "MICUL PRINT" (dated 06.06.2025) regarding the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of the restructuring of the prior issuance of securities and the increase of the share capital, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 16.06.2025,
On the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, manner and procedures for the registration of securities (CNFC Decision No. 131/01/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Commission (CNFC Decision No. 57/10/2022),
The National Financial Commission DECIDES:
- The restructuring of the prior issuance of securities, placed by the Joint Stock Company "MICUL PRINT" (Code 1003605011560, MD-6301, Leova city, Independentei str. 24), is registered in the Register of Issuers of Securities, by increasing the nominal value of one ordinary registered share from 8 lei to 16 lei, and increasing the share capital by 329,136 lei, from the equity capital.
The share capital of the company, after restructuring and increase, will amount to 658,272 lei, divided into 41,142 ordinary registered shares, with a nominal value of one share of 16 lei and identification number MD14MIPR1005.

This Decision may be contested by submitting a preliminary request to the CNFC (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfint Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNFC (www.cnpf.md).
