On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers concerning Joint Stock Company FERTILITATEA-IALOVENI
The National Commission of the Financial Market of Moldova registers the restructuring and capital increase for Joint Stock Company FERTILITATEA-IALOVENI by raising the nominal share value from 14 to 15 lei and adding 41,320 lei to its equity. This adjustment brings the total share capital to 619,830 lei, divided into 41,322 class I ordinary nominative shares identified as MD14FEIA1006. The decision takes effect upon adoption, is published in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website, and allows for a 30-day appeal window to the Commission.

concerning the Joint Stock Company „FERTILITATEA-IALOVENI”
Following the examination of the application submitted by the Joint Stock Company „FERTILITATEA-IALOVENI” (16.01.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the restructuring of its prior securities issue and the increase of its share capital, as well as the related documents submitted in full volume on 02.02.2024,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, the Instructions regarding the stages, deadlines, manner and procedures for securities registration (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Operation of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

The restructuring of the prior securities issue placed by the Joint Stock Company „FERTILITATEA-IALOVENI” (IDNO 1003600115946, MD-6801, Ialoveni town, Alexandru cel Bun str. 31) is registered in the Register of Securities Issuers, by increasing the nominal value of a share from 14 lei to 15 lei, and increasing the share capital by 41,320 lei from equity. The company's share capital after restructuring and increase will amount to 619,830 lei, divided into 41,322 ordinary nominative shares of class I, with a nominal value per share of 15 lei and identification number MD14FEIA1006.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd. No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
