On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers Concerning the Joint Stock Company for Production and Trade „VALTU-CIS”

concerning the Joint Stock Company for Production
and Trade „VALTU-CIS”
Following the examination of the application submitted by the Joint Stock Company for Production and Trade „VALTU-CIS” (26.07.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the results of an additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 08.08.2024,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o),
Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (Decision of the CNPF No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16,
pts. 19 and pt. 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Operation of the National Commission of the Financial Market (Decision of the CNPF No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares by the Joint Stock Company for Production and Trade „VALTU-CIS” (IDNO 1003600136026, MD-2055, Chisinau city, Vatra town, Stefan Voda str. 58), in the amount of 336,080 lei, totaling 33,608 ordinary registered shares, funded from monetary resources. The company's social capital, after the increase, will amount to 600,000 lei, divided into 60,000 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value of 10 lei per share and the identification number MD14VALU1001.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd. No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpp.md).
