On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers for „GALACT” Joint Stock Company
The National Commission for the Financial Market of Moldova issued Decision No. 28/6 on June 11, 2024, to officially register „GALACT” Joint Stock Company’s additional issuance of 50,000 ordinary registered shares in the Register of Securities Issuers. The ruling increases the company’s social capital to 1,154,880 lei, funded by monetary resources, and assigns each share a nominal value of 10 lei alongside identification number MD14GALC1002. The decision takes effect immediately upon adoption, is published in the Official Monitor and on the Commission’s website, and may be appealed via a prior application submitted within 30 days of notification.

pertaining to „GALACT” Joint Stock Company
Following the examination of the application submitted by „GALACT” Joint Stock Company (05.06.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 (m) and (o), Art. 20 para. (1), Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission for the Financial Market, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for registering securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), items 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission for the Financial Market (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission for the Financial Market DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares by „GALACT” Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1002600018497, MD-2001, Chișinău city, Mitropolit Varlaam str. 63), in the amount of 500,000 lei, totaling 50,000 ordinary registered shares, funded from monetary resources. The company's social capital, after the increase, will amount to 1,154,880 lei, divided into 115,488 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value per share of 10 lei and identification number MD14GALC1002.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd. No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
