On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers for LUCEAFĂRUL-SERVICE Joint Stock Company
The National Commission of the Financial Market issued Decision No. 18/5 on 9 April 2024 to formally register LUCEAFĂRUL-SERVICE Joint Stock Company's additional issuance of 70,000 ordinary registered shares in the Register of Securities Issuers. This capital increase, funded through cash resources, raises the company's total share capital to 3,733,020 lei and establishes 373,302 class I shares with a 10 lei nominal value and identification number MD14LUCF1009. Effective immediately upon adoption, the decision requires publication in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's website while allowing a 30-day period for stakeholders to file appeals directly with the CNPF.

Following the examination of the application submitted by LUCEAFĂRUL-SERVICE Joint Stock Company (22.03.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the results of an additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents presented in full volume on 28.03.2024,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, art. 8, lit. m) and o), art. 20, para. (1) and art. 22, para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, Instruction No. 13/10/2018 on the stages, deadlines, procedures and methods for registering securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the statement on the results of the additional issuance of shares by LUCEAFĂRUL-SERVICE Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1002600037986, MD-2071, Chisinau city, Alba-Iulia str. 206) in the amount of 700,000 lei, totaling 70,000 ordinary registered shares, funded from cash resources. The company's share capital, after the increase, will amount to 3,733,020 lei, divided into 373,302 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value per share of 10 lei and identification number MD14LUCF1009.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd. no. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
