On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers for the Joint Stock Company CRIO-IZVORUL
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 12/7 on March 4, 2025, to register securities of the Joint Stock Company CRIO-IZVORUL following an additional share issuance. The decision records 146,661 nominal shares worth 146,661 MDL, increasing the company's social capital to 680,000 MDL divided into 680,000 Class I shares. This ruling enters into force upon adoption and is published in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's website.

On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers for the Joint Stock Company “CRIO-IZVORUL”
Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company “CRIO-IZVORUL” (03.01.2025) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of securities in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 26.02.2025,
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (Decision of the CNPF No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (Decision of the CNPF No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company “CRIO-IZVORUL” (IDNO 1003600152927, MD-4801, Criuleni city, 31 August str., 173), in the amount of 146,661 MDL, in the number of 146,661 registered ordinary shares, are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers, from the account of monetary funds. The social capital of the company, after the increase, will constitute 680,000 MDL, divided into 680,000 registered ordinary shares of Class I, with a nominal value of one share of 1 MDL and with the identification number MD14IZVO1005.

This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary request addressed to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnppf.md).
