The National Financial Market Commission issued Decision No. 40/3 on 28 August 2024 to formally register the additional issuance of 2,128 ordinary registered shares valued at 100,016 lei by the Joint Stock Company BIROUL PRINCIPAL SPECIALIZAT DE PROIECTĂRI ÎN DOMENIUL COMPLEXELOR DE MAȘINI PENTRU MECANIZAREA LUCRĂRILOR ÎN LIVEZI, VII, PEPENIERE ȘI PLANTAȚII DE ARBUȘTI FRUCTIFERI, thereby increasing its total social capital to 672,805 lei. The Commission mandates the inclusion of these securities in the Register of Securities Issuers and establishes a 30-day statutory window for filing prior appeals. The decision takes effect immediately upon adoption and requires publication in the Official Monitor of Moldova and on the Commission's official website.

On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers, pertaining to the Joint Stock Company "BIROUL PRINCIPAL SPECIALIZAT DE PROIECTĂRI ÎN DOMENIUL COMPLEXELOR DE MAȘINI PENTRU MECANIZAREA LUCRĂRILOR ÎN LIVEZI, VII, PEPENIERE ȘI PLANTAȚII DE ARBUȘTI FRUCTIFERI"
Following the examination of the application submitted by the Joint Stock Company "BIROUL PRINCIPAL SPECIALIZAT DE PROIECTĂRI ÎN DOMENIUL COMPLEXELOR DE MAȘINI PENTRU MECANIZAREA LUCRĂRILOR ÎN LIVEZI, VII, PEPENIERE ȘI PLANTAȚII DE ARBUȘTI FRUCTIFERI" (07.08.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, submitted in full volume on 12.08.2024,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares by the Joint Stock Company "BIROUL PRINCIPAL SPECIALIZAT DE PROIECTĂRI ÎN DOMENIUL COMPLEXELOR DE MAȘINI PENTRU MECANIZAREA LUCRĂRILOR ÎN LIVEZI, VII, PEPENIERE ȘI PLANTAȚII DE ARBUȘTI FRUCTIFERI" (IDNO 1003600048855, MD-2023, Chișinău city, Uzinelor str. 21) in the amount of 100,016 lei, totaling 2,128 ordinary registered shares, funded from monetary resources. The company's social capital after the increase will amount to 672,805 lei, divided into 14,315 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value per share of 47 lei and identification number MD14BPSP1008.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd. No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpp.md).
