On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers, pertaining to the Joint Stock Company "PRIM-CREDINȚA"

Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "PRIM-CREDINȚA" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under no. 254 on 16.01.2026) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of securities pertaining to the increase of the share capital, by increasing the nominal value of a share, with the restructuring of previous securities issuances, as well as the documents submitted in full volume on 04.03.2026 (registered with CNPF under no. 1424),

pursuant to Law no. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and o), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision no. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision no. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities of the Joint Stock Company "PRIM-CREDINȚA" (IDNO 1004600042791, MD-2068, Chisinau city, Kiev str. 16/1), pertaining to the increase of the share capital by 477,090 lei, through the increase of the nominal value of a share from 15 lei to 72 lei, with the restructuring of previous securities issuances, from equity capital, are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers. The share capital of the company, after the increase and restructuring, will amount to 602,640 lei, divided into 8,370 registered ordinary shares, with a nominal value of 72 lei per share and identification number MD14RIMC1000.

2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
