On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of DIMAL Joint Stock Company

pertaining to DIMAL Joint Stock Company
Following the examination of the application submitted by DIMAL Joint Stock Company (01.03.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the results of an additional issuance of shares, as well as the accompanying documents, presented in full volume on 20.03.2024,
pursuant to Law no. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, art. 8 lit. m) and o), art. 20 para. (1) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, Instruction no. 13/10/2018 on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision no. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision no. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of DIMAL Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1004600023729, MD-2028, Chisinau city, Miorița str. 10, off. 37) in the amount of 576,900 lei, totaling 576,900 ordinary registered shares, funded from monetary resources. The company's social capital, after the increase, will amount to 600,000 lei, divided into 600,000 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value of 1 leu per share and identification number MD14DIMA1008.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd. no. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
