On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of Joint Stock Company „OȚELCON”

concerning Joint Stock Company „OȚELCON”
Following the examination of the application submitted by Joint Stock Company „OȚELCON” (04.01.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the results of an additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 24.01.2024,
under the provisions of Law no. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, art. 8 lit. m) and o),
art. 20 para. (1) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Commission for Financial Market, Instruction on the stages, deadlines, procedure and methods for registration of securities (CNPF Decision no. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission for Financial Market (CNPF Decision no. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission for Financial Market DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of Joint Stock Company „OȚELCON” (IDNO 1003600084172, MD-2032, Chisinau city, N. Titulescu str. 49) in the amount of 716,370 lei, totaling 71,637 ordinary registered shares, funded from monetary means. The company's share capital after the increase will amount to 900,000 lei, divided into 90,000 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value of 10 lei per share and identification number MD14OTEL1009.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd. no. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
