The National Commission of the Financial Market issued Decision No. 40/2 on 28 August 2024 to officially register NERUDNIC Joint Stock Company’s additional issuance of 236,220 ordinary shares valued at 600,000 lei in the Register of Securities Issuers. This registration increases the company’s total social capital to 620,000 lei and assigns the identification number MD14NERD2000 to its 244,101 class II shares. The decision takes effect immediately upon adoption and remains subject to a 30-day appeal window for interested parties.

pertaining to NERUDNIC Joint Stock Company
Following the examination of the application submitted by NERUDNIC Joint Stock Company (16.07.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the results of an additional issuance of shares, as well as the accompanying documents presented in full volume on 20.08.2024,
under the provisions of Law no. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8, subparas. (m) and (o),
Article 20 para. (1) and Article 22 para. (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, the Instruction regarding the stages, deadlines, manner and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision no. 13/10/2018)
and pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Operation of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision no. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares by NERUDNIC Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1002600008739, MD-2055, Chisinau city, Vatra district, Plopilor str. 5), in the amount of 600,000 lei, totaling 236,220 ordinary registered shares, with a fixed value of 2.54 lei per share, funded from monetary resources. The company's social capital, after the increase, will amount to 620,000 lei, divided into 244,101 ordinary registered shares of class II, with a fixed value of 2.54 lei per share and the identification number MD14NERD2000.

This Decision may be appealed by filing a preliminary application with the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd. no. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnppf.md).
