Following the examination of the application submitted by Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA (05.09.2024), as well as the accompanying documents related to the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of securities according to the report on the results of the bond issue,
under the provisions of Law No. 171/2012 on the capital market, art. 8 lit. m) and o), art. 20 para. (1) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018) and pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

Securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the sixth bond issue, under the Offer Program, of Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA (IDNO 1002600003778, MD-2012, Chisinau city, 31 August 1989 str., no. 127), in the amount of 39,260,000 lei, totaling 1,963 sixth-class registered bonds, with a nominal value of 20,000 lei per bond, with a circulation term of 3 years, with a floating interest rate linked to the weighted average interest rate on total new deposits attracted across the banking sector (in national currency), with a term of 6 to 12 months, published on the official website of the National Bank of Moldova (www.bnm.md) on the first day of the public offer period (15.08.2024) and adjusted annually on the same date (month and day) + a fixed margin of 1%, payable monthly, with ISIN code MD1004000110.

Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA, on each annual interest rate adjustment date, in accordance with the prospectus provisions, shall publicly issue a notice specifying the exact modified annual interest rate as per point 1.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., no. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
