On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Placed at the Establishment of SALUBRITATE GRUP Joint Stock Company
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova has issued a decision to register securities placed at the establishment of SALUBRITATE GRUP Joint Stock Company. The registration covers 6,000 ordinary nominal shares with a total value of 600,000 lei, issued from monetary contributions. This decision enters into force upon adoption and is published in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's website.

On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Placed at the Establishment of the Joint Stock Company "SALUBRITATE GRUP"
Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "SALUBRITATE GRUP" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 858 on 11.02.2026) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of securities placed at the establishment of the company, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 16.02.2026 (registered with CNPF under No. 967),
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6), Art. 22 para. (3) and Art. 25 para. (2) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), item 16, item 19 and item 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities placed at the establishment of the Joint Stock Company "SALUBRITATE GRUP" (IDNO 1022609000967, MD-3601, Ungheni, Lacului 1 St.) are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers, in the amount of 600,000 lei, in the number of 6,000 ordinary nominal shares, with a nominal value of one share of 100 lei and with the identification number MD1001000196, from the account of monetary contributions.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd, No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
