Following the examination of the application of the Market Operator "BURSA INTERNAȚIONALĂ A MOLDOVEI" S.A. (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 10438 on December 31, 2025) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of securities placed upon the establishment of the company, as well as the accompanying documents, submitted in full on January 19, 2026 (registered with CNPF under No. 278), pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint-Stock Companies, Articles 8(m) and 8(o), Article 18(3), Article 20(1) and (6), and Article 22(3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, methods, and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), paragraphs 16, 19, and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the CNPF (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
the National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The securities placed upon the establishment of the Market Operator "BURSA INTERNAȚIONALĂ A MOLDOVEI" S.A. (IDNO 1025600073907, MD-2012, Chișinău, Vlaicu Pârcălab St. 63) are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers, in the amount of 29,475,000 lei, comprising 2,947,500 registered ordinary shares, with a nominal value of 10 lei per share and identification number MD1001000170, from monetary funds.
- This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
