On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Placed upon Establishment of „ELEKTROMANUFACTURING” Joint-Stock Company
Following the examination of the application submitted by „ELEKTROMANUFACTURING” Joint-Stock Company (May 31, 2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of securities placed upon the establishment of the company, as well as the accompanying documents submitted in full volume on June 7, 2024, pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint-Stock Companies, Article 8 letters m) and o), Article 20 paragraph (1) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, manner and procedures for registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of CNPF (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The securities placed upon establishment of „ELEKTROMANUFACTURING” Joint-Stock Company (IDNO 1012602001148, MD-3100, Bălți city, Decebal Street 13) are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers in an amount of 600,000 lei, consisting of 600 registered ordinary shares, with a nominal value per share of 1,000 lei and identification number MD1001000113.
- This Decision may be appealed by filing a prior application with CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Boulevard No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on CNPF’s official website (www.cnpf.md).
