"ARAGONN GRUP" S.A.
Following the examination of the application submitted by the Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company "ARAGONN GRUP" S.A. (May 17, 2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of securities placed upon establishment of the company, as well as the accompanying documents submitted in full on May 21, 2024,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letters m) and o),
Article 20 paragraph (1) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, the Instruction on stages, deadlines, methods and procedures for registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018)
and points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on organization and functioning of CNPF (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Commission DECIDES:

Securities placed upon establishment of the Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company "ARAGONN GRUP" S.A. (IDNO 1024600034947, MD-2004, Chisinau city, Mihai Viteazul str. 4) are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers in an amount of 5,000,000 lei, consisting of 5,000,000 ordinary registered shares, with a nominal value of 1 leu per share and identification number MD1001000105, from the account of monetary funds.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnpp.md).
