On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the Joint Stock Company TARACLIAAGROSAB
The National Commission for Financial Markets issued Decision No. 31/4 on 25 June 2024 to formally register the additional issuance of 18,515 ordinary registered shares by Joint Stock Company TARACLIAAGROSAB in the Register of Securities Issuers. This registration increases the company's share capital to 610,000 lei and is based on a complete application package submitted in late June 2024. The decision takes immediate effect upon adoption, requires publication in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website, and allows for a 30-day appeal period to the Commission in Chișinău.

pertaining to the Joint Stock Company „TARACLIAAGROSAB”
Following the examination of the application submitted by the Joint Stock Company „TARACLIAAGROSAB” (07.05.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 24.06.2024,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, art. 8 lit. m) and o),
art. 20 para. (1) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission for Financial Markets, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for registering securities (Decision of the CNPF No. 13/10/2018)
and pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the CNPF (Decision of the CNPF No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission for Financial Markets DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares by the Joint Stock Company „TARACLIAAGROSAB” (IDNO 1003610000063, MD-7401, Taraclia city, Voczalinaia str. 55), in the amount of 185,150 lei, totaling 18,515 ordinary registered shares, funded from monetary resources. The company's share capital, after the increase, will amount to 610,000 lei, divided into 61,000 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value of 10 lei per share and identification number MD14CLIA1000.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd. No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnppf.md).
