On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers Pertaining to ARHPROIECT Joint Stock Company
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 27/5 on 4 June 2024 to formally register the additional issuance of 2,000 ordinary registered shares by ARHPROIECT Joint Stock Company in the Register of Securities Issuers. This registration increases the company's share capital to 1,556,400 lei and confirms the issuance of shares funded by monetary resources with a nominal value of 600 lei each. The decision takes effect upon adoption, mandates publication in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's website, and allows for a 30-day appeal period to the CNPF.

pertaining to ARHPROIECT Joint Stock Company
Following the examination of the application submitted by ARHPROIECT Joint Stock Company (29.04.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the results of an additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 15.05.2024,
under the provisions of Law no. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, art. 8 lit. m) and o), art. 20 para. (1) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, Instruction on the stages, deadlines, manner and procedures for registration of securities (CNPF Decision no. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision no. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares by ARHPROIECT Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1002600048397, MD-2009, Chișinău city, Sfatul Țării str. no. 4) in the amount of 1,200,000 lei, totaling 2,000 ordinary registered shares, funded from monetary resources. The company's share capital, after the increase, will amount to 1,556,400 lei, divided into 2,594 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value of 600 lei per share and identification number MD14HERO1007.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd. no. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpp.md).
