On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers Pertaining to LIA Joint Stock Company
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 26/12 on May 27, 2024, to formally register LIA Joint Stock Company's restructuring of its prior securities issue and capital increase in the Register of Securities Issuers. The decision mandates increasing the nominal value of each ordinary registered share from 10 to 80 lei and boosting the total share capital by 542,710 lei from equity, resulting in a post-restructuring capital of 620,240 lei divided into 7,753 class I shares. This binding regulatory act takes effect upon adoption, requires official publication in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's website, and allows for a 30-day appeal window to the CNPF.

pertaining to LIA Joint Stock Company
Following the examination of the application submitted by LIA Joint Stock Company (25.04.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the restructuring of its prior securities issue and the increase of its share capital, as well as the related documents presented in full volume on 20.05.2024,
under the provisions of Law no. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, art. 8 lit. m) and o), art. 20 para. (1) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for securities registration (CNPF Decision no. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision no. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The restructuring of the prior securities issue placed by LIA Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1003600135535, MD-2004, Chișinău city, Doina and Ion Aldea-Teodorovici str. 17) is registered in the Register of Securities Issuers, by increasing the nominal value of one ordinary registered share from 10 lei to 80 lei and increasing the share capital by 542,710 lei from equity. The company's share capital after restructuring and increase will amount to 620,240 lei, divided into 7,753 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value per share of 80 lei and identification number MD14LIAA1002.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd. no. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnppf.md).
