On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers Pertaining to RECHIN Joint Stock Company
The National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF) issued Decision No. 19/6 on 15 April 2024 to formally register RECHIN Joint Stock Company's restructuring of its prior securities issue and capital increase in the Register of Securities Issuers. The ruling mandates increasing the nominal value of RECHIN's ordinary registered shares from 10 to 15 lei and raising its total share capital by 210,405 lei to 631,215 lei, yielding 42,081 shares with identification number MD14RECH1001. Effective upon adoption, the decision is published in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website, with a 30-day window for prior appeal to the Commission.

Following the examination of the application submitted by RECHIN Joint Stock Company (06.03.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the restructuring of its prior securities issue and the increase of its share capital, as well as the related documents submitted in full volume on 28.03.2024,
pursuant to Law no. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, art. 8 lit. m) and o), art. 20 para. (1) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, Instruction no. 13/10/2018 on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for securities registration (CNPF Decision no. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision no. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

The restructuring of the prior securities issue placed by RECHIN Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1004604001950, MD-4701, Briceni city, Pescarilor str. 38) is registered in the Register of Securities Issuers, through the increase of the nominal value of one ordinary registered share from 10 lei to 15 lei, and the increase of the share capital by 210,405 lei from its own equity. The company's share capital after restructuring and increase will amount to 631,215 lei, divided into 42,081 ordinary registered shares with a nominal value of 15 lei per share and identification number MD14RECH1001.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd. no. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
