On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers Related to NORD-FRUCT Joint Stock Company
The National Commission of the Financial Market issued Decision No. 27/6 on 4 June 2024 to officially register NORD-FRUCT Joint Stock Company's additional issuance of 10,892 ordinary registered shares in the Register of Securities Issuers. This registration increases the company's share capital to 623,900 lei and formally records the transaction funded by monetary resources. The decision takes effect immediately upon adoption, is published in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's website, and permits a 30-day appeal period.

Following the examination of the application submitted by NORD-FRUCT Joint Stock Company (30.04.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the results of an additional issuance of shares, as well as the accompanying documents, presented in full volume on 22.05.2024,
under the provisions of Law no. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, art. 8 lit. m) and o), art. 20 para. (1) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, Instruction no. 13/10/2018 on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for securities registration (CNPF Decision no. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision no. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares by NORD-FRUCT Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1003604152257, MD-4706, Lipcani town, Briceni district, M. Gorkii str. 206) in the amount of 185,164 lei, consisting of 10,892 ordinary registered shares, funded from monetary resources. The company's share capital after the increase will amount to 623,900 lei, divided into 36,700 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value per share of 17 lei and identification number MD14NOFR1008.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd. no. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnppf.md).
