On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers Related to 'PISCICOL-NORD' Joint Stock Company
The National Commission for the Financial Market of Moldova issued Decision No. 19/5 on 15 April 2024 to register the additional issuance of 87,000 registered ordinary shares by 'PISCICOL-NORD' Joint Stock Company in the Register of Securities Issuers. This registration increases the company's share capital to 600,905 lei and converts 435,000 lei of creditor debts into shares, resulting in a total of 120,181 class I ordinary shares with a nominal value of 5 lei each. The decision takes effect upon adoption, mandates publication in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website, and allows for a 30-day appeal period to the Commission.

concerning 'PISCICOL-NORD' Joint Stock Company
Following the examination of the application submitted by 'PISCICOL-NORD' Joint Stock Company (02.01.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 05.04.2024,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 para. m) and o),
Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission for the Financial Market, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission for the Financial Market (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission for the Financial Market DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares by 'PISCICOL-NORD' Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1003607012572, MD-5034, Florești town, Putinești village) in the amount of 435,000 lei, totaling 87,000 registered ordinary shares, from the creditor's debt account. The company's share capital after the increase will amount to 600,905 lei, divided into 120,181 registered ordinary shares of class I, with a nominal value per share of 5 lei and identification number MD14PCOL1005.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
