On the Registration in the Securities Issuers Register of CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISE "EDIFICIU" SA
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova registered 80,000 additional ordinary shares of Construction Enterprise "Edificiu" SA, increasing the company's share capital to 1,446,620 MDL. This registration follows the review of the application submitted on June 9, 2025, regarding the results of the additional share issuance funded by monetary means. The decision entered into force on the date of adoption and was published in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's website.

On the registration in the Securities Issuers Register, pertaining to CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISE "EDIFICIU" SA
Following the examination of the application of CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISE "EDIFICIU" SA (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) on 09.06.2025) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the documents related thereto, presented in full volume on 18.06.2025,
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint-stock companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISE "EDIFICIU" SA (IDNO 1003600085548, MD-2002, Chisinau city, Padurii str. 12), in the amount of 800,000 MDL, in the number of 80,000 ordinary registered shares, from the account of monetary means, are registered in the Securities Issuers Register. The share capital of the company, after the increase, will constitute 1,446,620 MDL, divided into 144,662 ordinary registered shares, with a nominal value of one share of 10 MDL and with the identification number MD14EDIF1003.
- This Decision may be contested by submitting a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
